A chronological list of 440 references on switched capacitor circuits is compiled. Such circuits have cut the cost of
filters and signal processing devices for telecommunications, speech and consumer products because they can be
easily integrated on a chip. The bibliography shows the explosion of interest since 1977 by IC designers, CAD
developers and circuit and filter theorists and practitioners alike.Very specialized publications as well as elementary papers and books have been included.

The mechanisms, leading to light output degradation of LED&#39;s were studied using a number of different techniques
e.g. deep level spectroscopy, electroluminescence, minority carrier life time measurements. Several processes were
revealed having different temperature and stress current dependence. Using these data extrapolations based on
accelerated ageing test results are reexamined.

The Present Situation on Hybrid Techniques in
Hungary Especially in High Frequency Applications

Considering the increased importance of custom integrated circuits in electronic equipments and other products
there is a research activity in Hungary to develop a &#8220;state-of-the-art&#8221; semiconductor development laboratory for
technology development and prototype circuit fabrication. The most significant parts of this laboratory are circuit
design, mask making and wafer lithography. The problems associated with these three parts are discussed.

The Problems of Selecting a Proper
Microlithographic Imaging System

The micropower CMOS implementation of the three basic components of switched capacitor circuits is discussed.
Switches must be carefully designed to allow low voltage operation and compensation of clock feed-through by
dummy transistors. Matched capacitors can be implemented in single polysilicon technologies primarily designed
for digital micropower circuits. Excellent micropower amplifiers are realized by using simple one-stage circuits
which take advantage of the special behaviour of MOS transistors in weak inversion. Noise is shown to be independent
of current level which only influences the settling time. Various ways of improving the settling time while keeping
a very low current drain are described. A method of calculating the noise of a biquadratic filter is followed by
examples of a filter and of other switched capacitor circuits.
