DNA content and cell cycle analysis of BEL-7402 cells after complex 1 treatment. BEL-7402 cells were cultured with either 0.1% DMSO (control), 30 μM, 60 Mm, and 120 μM of complex 1 for 48 h. The percentage of nonapoptotic cells within each cell cycle was determined by flow cytometry.
