Operating characteristics of logistic regression (LR) and restricted Boltzmann machine (RBM) classifiers for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), using individual profiles of either 5 (normalized data) or 6 (dichotomized data) autoantibodies. Sensitivities and specificities were determined from 10-fold cross-validation of the sample of 175 HCC patients and 90 normal controls.
