Inhibition of NF-κB by Dehydroxymethylepoxyquinomicin Suppresses Invasion and Synergistically Potentiates Temozolomide and γ-Radiation Cytotoxicity in Glioblastoma Cells

Cell cycle analysis after treatment with DHMEQ (10 μg/mL) for 48 h. Cells were collected, stained with propidium iodide, and analyzed on a Guava Personal Cell Analysis system according to the standard protocol. When compared to controls (a), DHMEQ exerts arrest in G2/M phase of cell cycle (b) ( ). Percentages of cells in G1, S, and G2/M phases are expressed as mean ± standard deviation of at least 3 independent experiments.
