Note. Body condition score out of 9 was recorded as well as the presence of medial buttress, range of motion of the stifle joint, lameness, stifle effusion, and pain. Lameness grade at presentation was recorded (0 (no detectable lameness) to 5 (nonweight bearing lameness during standing or walking)) [16]. Pain, medial buttress, and loss of range of motion were either not stated or graded (, , , ) [17]. Meniscal clicking, stifle crepitation, and muscle atrophy were recorded as present (1) or absent (0). Empty cells in the table represent missing data. Lameness in this dog included lateral excursion.
