Different colors represent different groups, different nodes represent different bacterial taxa, and the area of different colors in the nodes represents the abundance of bacterial taxa among subgroups. Bacterial taxa with the abundance greater than 1% were selected to analyse. When drawing, select nodes with significant connections (weight ≥ 100) to draw.
