The Crude Extract from Puerariae Flower Exerts Antiobesity and Antifatty Liver Effects in High-Fat Diet-Induced Obese Mice

Histological analysis of the liver (Oil Red-O staining). The liver was extracted 14 days after commencing the treatment. Oil Red-O staining was performed in frozen liver sections to detect the presence of fat. Lipid droplets are stained red with Oil Red-O. The arrowhead shows the lumen of a blood vessel.
