FUZHENGHUAYU Tablet serum decreased the mRNA levels of collagen I, collagen III, TGF-β1, and α-SMA. Data are expressed as mean ± SD. After incubation with drug serum or control serum for up to 24 h, the mRNA levels of collagen I, collagen III, TGF-β1, and α-SMA were significantly down-regulated (𝑛=3, *𝑃<0.05, **𝑃<0.01), being 0.73-, 0.64-, 0.74-, and 0.78-fold lower than the control group, respectively.
