NG activates RAW264.7 cells. (a) Cells were seeded into 60 mm culture dish at a density of 3 × 10⁵ cells/dish. The next day, cells were treated with NG for 24 h. Cell surface was observed by taking a photograph using a camera attached to a microscope. (b) Cell viability was determined using WST assay after NG treatment.
