Effect of enhydrin, uvedalin, and polymatin B on T. cruzi trypomastigotes. Bloodstream trypomastigotes were cultured in duplicate in the presence of 1 to 50 µg/mL of the compounds. The assay was performed employing 1.5 × 106 parasites/mL over 24 h. Remaining live parasites were counted in a Neubauer chamber. Symbols represent the mean ± SEM.
