<table>Effect of enhydrin, uvedalin, and polymatin B on <i>T. cruzi </i>amastigotes. J774 phagocytic cells were infected with transfected trypomastigotes expressing <i>β</i>-galactosidase (10 : 1 parasite : cell ratio). After removing free parasites, STLs were added at concentrations ranging from 0.1 to 50 <i>μ</i>g/mL. Three days after infection, nonidet P40 and chlorophenol red-<i>β</i>-d-galactopyranoside (CPRG) were added and the galactosidase activity was determined at 590 nm. Values represent the mean ± SEM.</table>
