REM reduces cell viabilities of MCF-7/Dox cells. (a) MDR1 mRNA and protein levels were examined in MCF-7 and MCF-7/Dox cells. GAPDH and tubulin were used as internal controls. (b–d) MCF-7 and MCF-7/Dox cells were treated with the indicatives for 72 hours and then subjected to the MTT assays.
