Double-immunofluorescent labeling the IKKα (green) and IKKβ (red) protein in sham group, I/R group, EA group, and NBD group (with the same samples from Figure 5). It showed that IKKα and IKKβ were strongly expressed in cytoplasm in the I/R group. The expression of IKKβ was lowly expressed in EA group and NBD group compared with the I/R group, especially in the NBD group.
