Viability of Detroit 550 fibroblasts treated with 1 mg/mL (w/v, in the culture medium) of different subfractions obtained from the C. papaya (Cp) extract (see Figure 1) administrated either alone or with 1 mM H2O2 added simultaneously (s) or during 1 h recovery (r) was evaluated by MTT test.
