Method Development for Simultaneously Determining Indomethacin and Nicotinamide in New Combination in Oral Dosage Formulations and Co-Amorphous Systems Using Three UV Spectrophotometric Techniques

<div>The zero-order UV absorption spectra of (1) indomethacin (20 <i>μ</i>g/mL) with 318 nm peak, (2) nicotinamide (20 <i>μ</i>g/mL) with 261.5 nm peak, (3) their binary mixture (NCT 10 <i>μ</i>g/mL + IND 10 <i>μ</i>g/mL), and (4) the same mixture with 20 <i>μ</i>g/mL of both.</div>
