Method Development for Simultaneously Determining Indomethacin and Nicotinamide in New Combination in Oral Dosage Formulations and Co-Amorphous Systems Using Three UV Spectrophotometric Techniques

<div>The second-order derivative spectra show a specificity test of different mixtures with 6 ratios containing constant indomethacin 15 <i>μ</i>g/mL and series of nicotinamide 2.5 (light blue), 5, 7.5, 15, 30, and 45 (black) <i>μ</i>g/mL. They give the same signal value at 318 nm.</div>
