Predicted pose from the docking analysis showed binding mode of compounds within the active site of targets. The 3D positioning of ligand within binding sites of the protein was shown on the surface view, and the electrostatic interactions of corresponding protein-ligand complexes were shown on the 2D view. Here, a and b indicate the interactions of acetylcholinesterase_quercetin and acetylcholinesterase_myricetin complexes. On the other hand, c and d indicate the interactions of butyrylcholinesterase_α-amyrin and butyrylcholinesterase_β-chlorogenin complexes.
