Hyaluronidase in Clinical Isolates of Propionibacterium acnes

Genotypic detection of P. acnes hyaluronidase gene. Polymerase chain reaction assay was used to detect a 451-base-pair segment of the P. acnes hyaluronidase gene in 197 P. acnes clinical isolates. This is a representative gel, demonstrating the appearance of a typical selection of isolates.
