Incubation of MDCO-216 (ApoA-IMilano/POPC) with Human Serum Potentiates ABCA1-Mediated Cholesterol Efflux Capacity, Generates New Prebeta-1 HDL, and Causes an Increase in HDL Size

<div>Changes in MDCO-216 and HDL subclass concentrations brought about by incubation of MDCO-216 with serum at 47°C. HDL subclass concentrations (<i>μ</i>mol/L) were derived by deconvolution analysis using a model that included MDCO-216. Only relative concentrations of MDCO-216 are given, with the starting concentration in the 0 min digital mixture set arbitrarily to 10 <i>μ</i>mol/L for graphical display purposes.</div>
