Cell proliferation assay on HaCaT keratinocyte cell line: (a) different concentrations (1, 0.5, and 0.25 mg) of PVTri; (b) different concentrations (1, 0.5, and 0.25 mg) of e-SiO₂; (c) different concentrations (1, 0.5, and 0.25 mg) of HSS were treated HaCaT cells at 24, 48, and 72 hr by using MTS assay and absorbance was measured at 490 nm by using a microplate reader.
