Cell proliferation assay on HaCaT keratinocyte cell line: (a) different concentrations (1, 0.5, and 0.25 mg) of e-SiO₂-PVTri; (b) different concentrations (1, 0.5, and 0.25 mg) of HSS—PVTri; (c) different concentrations (1, 0.5, and 0.25 mg) of MSN-PVTri were treated HaCaT cells at 24, 48, and 72 hr by using MTS assay and absorbance was measured at 490 nm by using a microplate reader.
