Silencing of NLRP3 Sensitizes Chemoresistant Ovarian Cancer Cells to Cisplatin

<div>Silencing of NLRP3 suppressed cell proliferation and cell cycle progression in DDP-resistant ovarian cancer cells. (a) Both A2780/DDP and SKOV3/DDP cells received transfection using sh-NLRP3-1 and sh-NLRP3 to knock down NLRP3, and the mRNA level of NLRP3 was detected using qRT-PCR. (b) The cell viability was assessed, adopting CCK-8 assay. (c, d) Colony formation assay was conducted to examine cell proliferation.
