Proliferation of cells in FBS or hPL. Cells at P2 or P3 were seeded in a microplate at 2000 cells/well in media supplemented with FBS (a) or hPL (b) and allowed to proliferate for up to 7 days, with time points collected every 24 hrs. Data represents the mean ± SEM of three biological replicates from three donors/group. Statistically significant differences were determined by two-way ANOVA with Sidak’s multiple comparison test.
