Call for Book Manuscripts and Proposals
Hindawi publishes original scholarly monographs and edited volumes in all academic disciplines including science, technology, medicine, social sciences, and the humanities. All manuscripts undergo rigorous editorial review and a thorough production process before publication. Published books are made available for purchase in print and electronic formats to libraries as well as to individuals.
Hindawi welcomes proposals for new book manuscripts in all subject areas. Proposals should be sent by email to proposals@hindawi.com, and should include the following information:
- Proposed title for the manuscript
- Narrative description of the manuscript's content
- Tentative table of contents
- One or more sample chapters
- The expected length of the manuscript
- Description of the intended audience for the manuscript
- A list of some competing books with a description of how the proposed work will differ from each of the existing competitors
- A timeline for completing the manuscript
- CV and publication list for each of the manuscript authors
Manuscripts and book proposals that are submitted for consideration will be subject to external review by leading scholars in the field.
