<i>α</i>-Synuclein E46K Mutation and Involvement of Oxidative Stress in a <i>Drosophila</i> Model of Parkinson’s Disease

<div><i>SNCA</i><sup><i>E46K</i></sup> expressing PD model flies live shorter lives. 360 one-day-old adult flies of each genotype were assayed for longevity.
